When working with Executive teams we adjust the engagement to the need of the specific team. In these cases local and international theories are drawn from and the team might be challenged to work through books, research articles etc.

These engagements normally start with the consultant having one on one’s with each executive team member as well as with the chairperson of the board. THis aims at establishing a common understanding of the teams growth needs.

In general the next would be a 2 to 3 day engagement with the team to initiate the engagement. This engagement is used to usher in a series of meetings that the team and facilitator agree upon. These sessions might stretch over a period of 6 to 24 months and could be as regular as monthly or even 4 monthly.

These engagements vary from client to client and could include online engagements.
